I’m a Melbourne-based clinical psychologist who works with adults and adolescents wanting to get unstuck and feel more at ease within themselves and their relationships.

About Me
I’m a Melbourne-based clinical psychologist and the founder of SelfWorks Psychology, a solo private practice supporting adults and adolescents both in-person and via telehealth across Australia. I have more than 10 years of therapeutic experience and advanced training in evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, and Affect-State Therapy, an attachment-based therapy.
I work confidently with a wide range of clients and presentations, with particular interest in supporting people navigating career or relationship concerns, or those wanting to understand themselves more deeply. My approach is well suited to clients who are motivated to look at longstanding patterns and work actively toward meaningful change.
